This is a beautifully conceived, showing skill in applying the principles of beauty myth about origin and cycle of life as told by an African storyteller in beautifully enunciated French. His fabulous story is illustrated with nature photography that is the one and the other appropriate for the particular thought and, simultaneously, of people of distinction beauty. Over six years of unrepining work assembled this material by the co-directors who are moreover professional biologists. As a consequence, their myth rests solidly in modern science. Their venues class from Iceland (the opening shots) to Madagascar (against the brilliantly colored shots of sea life). This wonderfully conceived film is underpinned ~ means of an original score which complements the photography and is wonderfully innovative.
